Explained: What is the difference between Tel2, Hero and Sipflex?

Tel2 is a trading name of Cloud2tel Limited. Cloud2tel also operate two other brands in the VoIP market - Hero and Sipflex. All three brands utilize the same innovative technology and are supported by the same team. 

The reason we have three different brands is so that we can better support our customers needs. Below is an explanation of the three brands and who they are aimed at.

Tel2 was our first brand and the broadest of the three. It is focussed on both residential and business customers who need more support with our Cloud PBX features. It offers simple VoIP plan bundles that make selecting and supporting a residential or business phone system simple.

Hero is for the more technical user who likes to have more control over their services and put together their own plans. Plans can be build in a modular fashion. This is also the brand that supports our resellers and wholesalers.

The new kid on the block. Sipflex is exactly what the name suggests. It provides SIP trunks that can be provisioned and configured in a flexible way. This brand is focussed purely on SIP trunks and supports numerous PBX platforms.
